SRINAGAR: Senior Congress Leader and Former MLA Bandipora Usman Majid here on Accused BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for shamelessly politicising IAF Strike to get votes. He alleged that PM Modi and BJP are politicising the IAF Airstrike and its consequences for political gains. He said that, the way PM Modi and other BJP leaders are handling the matter, it is very demoralising for the armed forces.
While Slamming BJP and PM Narender Modi, Majid said that, the blood and sacrifice of the country’s brave soldiers cannot be used a political tool to get votes. He said that Countdown had begun for the supplanting of the Modi government. PM is in the departure lounge along with his Cabinet, he said
Majid said that, said comments from BJP and PM underestimated the capacity of Indian armed forces and air force officers, who had shown great valour while carrying out the air strike using old MIG aircrafts. Majid said that it was Congress president Rahul Gandhi who first tweeted saluting the Indian Air Force (IAF). (PTK)
