Authorities have throttled the mobile Internet speed across Kashmir valley on Friday.
An official said that 3G and 4G services have been suspended as a precautionary measure.
The suspension of the services follows the ban imposed on Jama’at-e-Islami (JeI) outfit by the home ministry last night.
The ban order said that the JeI has been “indulging in activities which are prejudicial to internal security and public order and (have) potential of disrupting the unity and integrity of the country”.
