SRINAGAR: Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday said the decision to challenge governor rests with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He said, “It’s unfortunate that a senior BJP leader has said we have got instructions from Pakistan. I challenge Ram Madhav sahib & his associates to prove this with evidence. You are disrespecting sacrifices of my colleagues who refused to dance at Pakistan’s instructions & died.”
“This is for the first time that a fax machine didn’t work & became responsible for the death of democracy. This fax machine is a one-way fax, it has only outgoing and no incoming. This is a unique fax machine and investigation should be done on it. We never sent any letter to the Governor, the primary decision to challenge Governor rests with PDP”, Omar added.
