Meelyal Awathkulla roads still buried under snow

KUPWARA: Residents of Meelyal Awathkulla are living their life under misery due to the negligence of the authorities who failed to clear link and main roads of the area. People are suffering since last 13 days of post snowfall.

Meelyal Awathkulla, Kupwara roads are still buried under snow. People of the area have to take the patients to the hospital by hook or crook. The administration is still silent on the matter and has done nothing yet. People of the area are left on God’s Mercy.

Helpline numbers of the control room provided to the people by the respect authorities specified to the Kupwara district remain switched off.

Also roads of Farkin, Kachama, Rashanpor, Thandipora , and other adjoining areas are still closed.
