SRINAGAR: Wednesday he complained of severe chest pain, hence shifted to Sheer-e-Kashmir medical Institute (SKIMS).
In a statement issued to PTK, Hurriyat (G) spokesperson said that ailing leader is now stable and feeling better. He appealed people to pray for his speedy recovery.
According to the stamen issued, at SKIMS, he had undergone several tests including ECG. He was later admitted in medical ICU and continues to be under constant monitoring by specialists.
Spokesman said that respiratory system is being closely watched by doctors. He further adds that the doctors attending him suggested few investigations which were later found satisfactory.
However, spokesperson appeals to people to avoid visiting hospital. Meanwhile Hurriyat conference thanked all those who wished Geelani a speedy recovery.
