Pulwama: A Hurriyat activist was shot dead by unknown gunmen in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Thursday.
A police official said that the activist, Tariq Ahmad son of Mohammad Yaqoob was abducted by unknown gunmen from his house in Menander village of Shopian.
Yaqoob was shot dead by gunmen at a nearby Shahlatoo village, he said.
