Srinagar: ADGP armed, Jammu and Kashmir, Arun Kumar Choudhary on Sunday visited North Kashmir’s Kupwara and Baramulla districts where he interacted with officers at armed headquarters in both these districts.
The ADGP first visited Armed Police Complex at Kupwara where he was received by the Superintendent of Police and Commandant IRP 4th Battalion Abrar Chowdhary along with other officers of the unit, a police spokesperson said.
Choudhary said that safety and security of the police men is a prime concern for which they are required to remain extra alert while performing duties of different nature. He said while performing various law and order duties there is a need to remain extra cautious and careful and follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) properly so that least inconvenience is caused to the general public.
