SRINAGAR: Senior national conference leader Akbar Lone today said that both state and central government are creating problems in the Kashmir Valley.
He told PTK that National Conference (NC) will not participate in the polls until the “Government of India and the state government make their position clear on Article 35A inside and outside the court.
He further added that situation is also not good for elections in Kashmir. “It’s going to be the biggest mistake of both state and central government”. They are playing with the feeling of people. Government should postpone these elections till further as the situation is not good for conducting election”, he said.
Meanwhile Both the National Conference and the Peoples Democratic Party, the two biggest regional political outfits have decided to boycott the elections as they have asked the Government of India to clear its stand on the issue of Article 35-A.
