SRINAGAR: Jio subscribers in upper villages of Aripal tehsil of Tral area of Pulwama district complained of poor mobile network and internet services in their areas.
The Jio Subscribers from Naristan, Zoastan, Hajin, Bangidar, jawaharpora Lam Deodarpora Guttangoo, zesibal, Dar Ganie Gund and Soinar villages of tehsil Aripal said that they are facing tremendous hardships as they are unable to use the mobile services properly due to the weak mobile network and internet services.
“We are using Jio since the tower was installed in Tral town and it was best earlier but now we are not getting any signal in our area due to poor network”, said residents of Guttangoo and Jawaharpora laam.
Subscribers from Zesibal and Soinar said that the face slow internet connectivity and poor signal for making phone calls. (PTK)
