It is shameful that again a youth begging in the name of Kashmir in Mumbai. They were caught by some Kashmiri boys . Earlier few people were caught begging in Hyderabad in the name of Kashmir.
The video was posted by one facebook user Milad sofi. According to Sofi he caught few people from Kulgam district begging in the name of Kashmir. He says, “I study in Mumbai and they were begging outside my college I caught him and gave him some slaps and took him to police station”. Sofi narrates the whole story as follow:
One day I was bored with my life for the routine it was following until he called me. “Excuse Me, Sir”. “Yes” I told him. “Yo” I told myself. “Sir mai Kashmir border area mai rehta hun, orphans ke liye funds jama kar rahe hai, border pe bohut zulm hai, He said. After spreading awareness in his head about my origin, my origin gave him knowledge of my temper. “Ais ha chi gareeb, battī ha chuni” His first Kashmiri words. “Sharmand karith ais kaishir” I said before checking his bag and finding 52000, a few hundred rupee notes and an iPhone 4, then I told him: “Hehra chi chukha gareeb?, battī chui na? Pak mai seith”. Clutching him and confiscating his mobile, or iPhone, bag and election card, I took him to the marine drive police station.
These men and women have been begging in the name of Kashmir conflict for years, ruining the reputation we outside studying students have been trying to raise with our blood. I came to Bombay on 5 June’ 16 and since then I have been bragging about Kashmir and Kashmiris everywhere and now when I with all my strength have done that to my reachable people, they ask money from them and they see me as inferior, down, and where in the dirt not.
