Top civil and police officials on Tuesday morning received the first batch of pilgrims at the Srinagar International Airport, who returned from Saudi Arabia after performing the Haj-e-Baitullah.

310 pilgrims have arrived back in Srinagar and 650 more are scheduled to arrive till today evening, an official said.
The pilgrims were received by senior police and civil officers including Divisional Commissioner Kashmir and IGP Kashmir SP Pani.
Over 10000 pilgrims from Jammu and Kashmir had left for Hajj pilgrimage this year.
