Srinagar: Mirwaiz Kashmir Moulvi Umar Farooq has expressed grief and sorrow over tragic loss of life and property in Ramban cloud burst tragedy.”Deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life and property caused by the cloudburst in Ramban.
