SRINAGAR: Unknown persons on Wednesday afternoon over powered a cop posted inside Kashmir University campus at dargah Hazratbal in outskirts of Srinagar.
Official sources told News agency GNS that the persons overpowered the security guard and snatch service rifle from his possession.
Confirming the incident a senior Police officer told News agency GNS that the police has launched investigation to ascertain the case. (GNS)
