ANANTNAG : Despite the state government claims of developing the better road connecti9vity in valley various roads are still dilapidated in Shankerpora-Larkipora area of south Kashmir.
Locals said that the Shankerpora-Larkipora road connects the Dooru Tehsil with Qazigund of Kulgam district has turned intodeadliest road, where people prefer to walk instead of travelling in a vehicle.
Locals told PTK that they face difficulties in travelling, especially patients feel unsafe to travel through this road due to its bad condition. Locals appeal that the concerned department must start the work on this road without any delay.
They also demanded the immediate completion ofbridge at Shankerpora-Panzath road to connect the two big zones of Dooru with Kokernag. (PTK)
