SRINAGAR: The mother of Zaheer-ud-din, senior editor Greater Kashmir passed away on Friday after a brief illness at her home in Magarmal Bagh Srinagar.

According to family sources, she breathed her last at around 1:45 PM today and was buried after the Magrib prayers.
