12 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 28 patients cured and discharged

Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 12 persons tested positive for COVID-19. All the positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh. The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 28 patients yesterday. Out of which 23 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and five patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 219; 211 in Leh district and eight in Kargil district.

The bulletin further informed that 68 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, tankers, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Tuesday.
