Tral observes shutdown for third day to mourn killing of Jesh Commander

SRINAGAR : A complete shutdown was observed for the third successive day today in Tral area of pulwama district of south Kashmir to mourn the death of Jesh-e-Muhammad (JEM) Commander Noor Mohammad Tantray alias Noora.

All shops, markets business establishment remained closed  and traffic was off the roads in the town and adjoining areas for the third consecutive day. Noora was killed in a gunfight with forces in Samboora area of Pulwama district on Monday.

Meanwhile, people continue to pour in from different areas of south Kashmir at the house of slain JEM commander to express solidarity with his family.
