Coalition may break if situation deteriorates further: Hakim Yasin


SRINAGAR : Former minister and Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) president Hakim Mohammad Yasin today said that due to the bad policies of the government, the situation in Kashmir has reached a point where nobody feels safe.

He told PTK that Mehbooba Mufti always used to claim about zero Torrance, but we have seen what is going in Kashmir nowadays. He further added that in 2017 more human rights violations in Kashmir have been seen.

He further told PTK that only solution to all these problems isresolutionof the Kashmir issue as per the aspirations of the people. He said, “The Central and state governments must take steps so that conducive atmosphere could be created for solving the vexed issue once for all”.

While reacting on Mehbooba Mufti’s twitter that condemned killing on twitter isfashion now days in Kashmir adding that they can’t understand the pain of people.  He said that this is the bad luck that every day we see statements from government that situation is normal in Kashmir. He asked, “The why internet is being shutdown, killings day in and day out”.

He said, “I think the present government will not go survive long because people ofvalley have realized their reality. There is a possibility that in upcoming day’s coalition may break if the situation of Kashmir deteriorates further”.

He said that the government should take serious action against those who are involved in these killings. He added that when Ghulam Nabi Azad was the Chief Minister of J&K, he suspended a Superintendent of Police immediately after a civilian. He asked why not Mehbooba Mufti can’t take. (PTK)
