KPS multimedia news room peruses Mojo training


SRINAGAR: In order to enhance its operational skills, Kashmir Press Service (KPS) multimedia newsroom peruses three days Mobile Journalism (MOJO) training and field exercise with ‘Shoot Us’ MOJO community.

The news room was trained for mobile story, Video Bullet, VR 360 and different Mojo Applications for editing and gears for shoot. The training was provided by the ‘Shoot Us’ founders, combined of multimedia journalists, Cinematographer, Archit Sinha, Shubhankar Basu and Ashis Joshi.

The training starts from 15 November and concludes on 17 November. Pertinently KPS has dynamic multimedia news room and staff headed by prominent multimedia Journalist Irfan Quraishi. The staff member who attended the Mojo training includes Aadil Bashir, Umar Zaz, Syed Murtaza and Javid Dar.

The main aim of the training is to become mobile creators and share stories. It is a new generation concept of new media that work in a no laptop, no computer mode, no editing software, no design software, however only mobile/tablet cam and apps.
