Hope Sharma broadens ambit, staying in guesthouse won’t work: Omar

Srinagar, Nov 8 :Expressing hope that the Centre appointed interlocutor Dineshwar Sharma would broaden his ambit to hold talks to resolve the Kashmir issue, former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah said that staying in a guesthouse and waiting for the people to come to meet him will not work.“Mr Sharma and I met at my residence in Srinagar on Wednesday morning. He had messaged me that he wanted to meet me,” Mr Abdullah, who is the working president of main opposition National Conference (NC), told reporters after meeting the interlocutor here on Wednesday.
